With the guidance of San Francisco-based designer Vincent Leger of EAG Studio and the owner's refined minimalist flair, the pair reimagined this vintage 1937 two-story townhouse-style condo. Every square inch was updated and enlarged for maximized living. This jewel box remains tucked away in Charleston's most coveted neighborhood, crafting a private space close to local attractions.

Chefs of all experience levels will adore this home's well-appointed kitchen from the Dacor Modernist appliances including the steam/convection/conventional electric oven, drawer microwave, French four-door refrigerator, high-efficiency dishwasher, and four burner gas range top. The space's custom black enamel cabinetry uniquely complements the stunning black granite counters. Dine at the chef's table against the backdrop of a gourmet kitchen every day.
